Travel information for the 2023 Annual Meeting in Bellingham, WA

Hotel information

A block of rooms has been reserved at Holiday Inn Express in Bellingham (about 6 miles north of campus), at a rate of $108/night (plus 8.8% sales tax and 2.0% hotel tax and $3 tourism tax per night).  There are 10 rooms with a single king size bed and 20 rooms with two queen beds. The special rate will not be available after March 1st.  Use this link to reserve your room.

Meeting venues: all locations are near the south end of campus near the Recreation Center.

Parking

• Park in Lot 12C, just south across the street from AW.
  
• Parking rates will be  $12 per day, via the ParkMobile App or at a fee station.

Lunch options during the meeting

There will be a one-hour break for lunch. There will not be food service at the site during the meeting. You may order box lunches during registration, bring a lunch, or leave campus.
